Returns and exchanges

Still not satisfied with the article? Within 14 days of receipt, you have the option to return the article, exchange it at our shop or send it back. Drop by and we will be happy to help you try on another size, article or process your return directly.

Register return

Please return your order with all delivered accessories and -if reasonably possible- in its original condition and packaging. Always send the package back with a track and trace code. Follow the steps below to return your item(s).

1. Register your return

Register your return in your customer account so we can process it. Then proceed to step 2 to create a shipping label.


Don't have a customer account?
Then there are two options:

1) The easiest way is to still create a customer account, use the e-mail address you used when ordering and click on the "MY ACCOUNT" link above. Register your return and then proceed to step 2 to create a shipping label.

2) Don't want to create a customer account? No problem at all. Just mail a completed return form to [email protected]. You can find a digital return form  here.

2. Create a return label 

Click on the button below to create a return label (€ 6,95). Creating a return label is only possible if you live in the Netherlands and are shipping from the Netherlands. When creating your return label, you need the track & trace code you received in the mail from us with your order.


Are you shipping from an address outside the Netherlands?

Or do you not have the option of printing your return label yourself? 

Then unfortunately it is not possible to create a return label yourself. Take the parcel to your nearest post office where they can send it for you for a fee. Keep your proof of postage and track and trace well.

3. Shipping of your return package

If possible, use the box or shipping bag that was used to ship your order. Stick the shipping label on the box/shipping bag and add the enclosed order form and/or completed return form to the parcel. Remember to remove the old shipping label and keep your track and trace until your return is received.

4. Refund

We will transfer the purchase amount to you within 5 days of receiving your return. We will notify you when your return has been processed and credited. Have you not heard from us 5 days after receiving your return? If so, please contact us.

Return and exchange conditions


You may return or exchange the order if:
  • The trial period of 14 days after receipt of the article(s) has not yet expired
  • Item(s) is/are unworn (you can try them on, of course)
  • Article(s) is/are undamaged
  • Article(s) has/have attached labels and/or stickers
  • Item(s) is/are if possible packed in original packaging
  • Returns sent and received outside the statutory period of 14 days will not be accepted. If this is the case, the costs of the return will be at your own expense.
Does the item not meet the expected quality and/or has a defect/wear which you would not expect within a reasonable period of time and normal use? Please contact us first so we can work together to find a suitable solution to the problem.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns/exchanges on the following items unless they are delivered and returned in their sealed packaging: 

  • Swimwear
  • Underwear
  • Socks
To save waste, we advise you to carefully open the shipping box/shipping bag so that you can use it again to return the order if necessary.

Return costs

The costs for the return shipment are for your own account and are € 6,95 (parcel post PostNL with track and trace code) if you create a return label via our returns portal (only possible in the Netherlands). If you do not use this portal and ship via another sender, you will have to bear the costs yourself.

Are you returning a product because it was damaged or delivered incorrectly? Then we will reimburse these costs afterwards.

The shipping costs will be charged when creating your shipping label in the returns app or at your local post office.

Please note that if you are shipping from outside the Netherlands, all additional shipping costs and any import/export costs for returning your order or an item in your order are for your own account.

What and when do we pay back?

We will transfer the purchase price of your item to you within 5 days of receiving your return. For shipments within the Netherlands and the EU, you will also receive the invoiced payment and shipping costs.

For shipments outside the EU, you will receive the purchase amount of the article, excluding charged shipping and handling costs.We will notify you when your return has been processed and credited.
