I have placed an online order and have chosen to pick up in the store, how does that work?
If you have chosen to pick up in the store, we will ensure that your package is ready in the store. We will contact you as soon as possible to make an appointment.
Or book your timeslot online for shopping by appointment or picking up your order in the store. You can also call or email us, we are happy to help you.
Would you still prefer your package to be sent to your home address? Then that is of course also possible. Let us know.
I have placed an online order and want to return the package in the store, is that possible?
You can return your items at the Walther Pick-up Service Point. The Walther Pick-up Service Point can be found at Bergstraat 35. Please contact us for an appointment. You can come here every day. Except of holidays.

Can I order a Walther gift card online?
Yes, you can order a Walther gift card online. You can find the gift cards in the webshop under "Walther's Giftcards".
I have received a gift card and would like to use the promotional offer in the store and receive an extra 10% on the balance?
That is still possible, we have extended the promotional offer until March 31 so that you will hopefully have the opportunity to take advantage of the promotional offer in the store in March. When you spend the Walther gift card you will receive an extra 10% on the balance up to and including March 31.
I would like to redeem my Walther gift card with my online order, is this possible?
Please contact us if you would like to redeem your Walther gift card online so that we can create an online voucher code for you. You will receive an extra 10% on the balance up to and including 31 March.
Due to the current corona measures, I will not be able to return my online order on time, what now?
Please contact us to discuss when you can return your online order so that the return period can be extended if necessary.

Delivery with Tour de Ville / PostNL
Orders placed on working days before 4 pm will be picked up the same day by the Tour de Ville bicycle couriers and shipped.
Unfortunately, we are completely dependent on the delivery services and we cannot say anything about the delivery time in these special times. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a track & trace link, so that you can track your package.
